EventsCabin is a web application built to simplify event management and ticketing for organizers while giving platform-level control and oversight to a super admin. The product has two main portals:
Super Admin portal — platform management (organizer approvals, fee settings, analytics, content moderation, payouts, platform-wide reports).
Organizer portal — event creation & management, ticket sales and pricing, attendee management, promotional tools, and financial reporting.
Primary goals: speed up event setup, centralize organizer operations, provide transparent reporting, and scale ticket sales while maintaining compliance and security.
Event organizers — especially small-to-medium ones — often face fragmented tools for creating events, selling tickets, managing attendees, and handling payouts. Common pain points:
Manual or error-prone event approval and onboarding for platforms.
Disconnected ticketing, payment, and attendee-check-in workflows.
Limited visibility into sales, refunds, and payouts.
Lack of standardized moderation and fraud controls at platform level.
Poor mobile and organizer UX causing support overhead.
EventsCabin was designed to solve these pain points by connecting the end-to-end lifecycle (create → sell → manage → reconcile) under a single, role-based platform.
We designed EventsCabin as a role-driven system with clear separation of responsibilities: Super Admin (platform governance) and Organizer (event operations). The product emphasizes fast event publishing, reliable payments, and actionable analytics.

Organizer Registers → Verification Docs → Admin Approves → Organizer can publish events.
Organizer fills event details → Sets ticket types & pricing → Publishes or submits for review (if required).
Buyer selects tickets → Pays via gateway → Receives e-ticket with QR code.
Organizer uses web or mobile check-in to scan QR codes → Attendance recorded.
Platform collects fees → Net payouts issued per schedule → Organizer receives statement.
EventsCabin successfully streamlined event management by enabling faster organizer onboarding, smoother ticketing, and transparent financial settlements. The platform reduced manual support needs through automation, improved trust with detailed payout reporting, and gave super admins better control through moderation tools and audit logs. By separating roles for organizers and admins, the application scaled efficiently while maintaining governance and reliability.
